Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We advise that you email us with a problem before the return, to see how best to handle the situation. In most cases it’s just a minor issue and the garment will be able to be amended. In custom tailoring, this issue isn’t rear.
RETURNS
We accept all returns, within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days email us at contact@missefe.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
International Returns
Customer pays return carrier shipping plus customs fees (if applicable).
Your shipping will arrive according to the shipping method selected by the customer when processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that if there is an obvious damage to the product that isn’t design or production related, returned item will not be accepted. We’ll contact you to see how best we can help repair the garment for an agreed fee payable by the customer or send the item back to the customer.

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts Returns
- All gift returns will be processed like all other returns, payment funds will be refunded to the gift giver.
